Good evening everyone! I've decided to make a character relationship chart for Tohko. It will be put in the comments and separated by canon, in no particular order. This will show how Tohko feels toward the many odd characters she meets in the tower.
If Tohko has met your character and he/she's not on this list, please let me know. I can be a bit forgetful sometimes, so a quick reminder would be really helpful.

Deadman Wonderland
Date: 2012-10-19 06:01 am (UTC)The Legend of Zelda
Date: 2012-10-19 06:05 am (UTC)[OU] Ganondorf: While Tohko has apologized for trying to kill him, she does not like him, as he called her nothing compared to him, even though her love and knowledge of books probably surpasses his.
Kingdom Hearts
Date: 2012-10-19 06:08 am (UTC)Fate/
Date: 2012-10-19 06:14 am (UTC)While Tohko is curious about Saber's past, which seems to have something to do with a modern-day version of The Round Table, she hasn't brought it up again out of politeness. That may change in the future though.
[OU] Waver Velvet: Tohko first encountered Waver in the reference library. He was yelling about the missing history section, and Tohko explained why the books were missing, as well as the other things about the Tower.
While talking with Waver, Tohko learned that in his world, magic exists, even if it is kept secret, and that he, along with about seven other Master and Servant Pairs were fighting a small war for the Holy Grail, which can, in Waver's universe, grant the winner a wish.
Waver also told Tohko about his past, and while Tohko is sad that Waver had to experience that, she also thinks that he's a good person at heart, and, despite the scorn he gets in his world, he'll become a highly-respected and wise wizard someday.
When they both found out that Waver could still use magic in the Tower, Tohko asked him to teach her magic. However, Waver explained that in order to use magic in his world, one needed Magic Circuits, which are like pieces of a magical nervous system in the body that help the user control their abilities. Waver explained that magicians are usually born with a certain number, and that people can sometimes gain some if a magician transfers some Magic Circuits to another.
However, since this was as risky as actual surgery, Tohko tested out Waver's theory: that a Circuit or two just might by lying dormant inside of her, waiting for a trigger. Mentally, pictured her old nightmare, and physically, she snapped her fingers. Waver commented that he had never heard of anyone using a physical trigger before, but that it made sense. Tohko, thinking of using a stronger physical trigger, tried to get Waver to look away for a moment.
However, Waver didn't look away, so he knows about her book-munching too now. While Waver doesn't see why it's a big deal if people know about her true tastes, he has promised to keep it a secret. However, sadly, while it looked like Tohko might have the ability to taste actual foods with her power, it was just a fluke. A few days later, she tried again and failed.
However, thanks to his kind personality and since he is the first person that ever said that her secret wasn't much to worry about, Tohko now thinks highly of Waver. His enemy is her enemy.
[OU] Rider (Alexander The Great): Tohko met Alexander in the library, and since he was new, she told him everything she knew about the Tower. While she is curious as to how Alexander The Great is still alive-another alternate universe?-she loved the fact that he likes stories, particularly Greek literature, which isn't surprising, considering the guy. She's happy to have met another book lover, and even though she doesn't know how he's still alive, she hopes that they can be friends.

Date: 2012-10-19 06:30 am (UTC)While Nesir said Tohko owed her for giving Similar to The Sky back, Tohko just considers that act a continuation-a sequel, if you will-of the day Nesir first started to give back her stuff, and so, she will not obey any orders or give Nesir any favors unless she also wants to.
Final Fantasy
Date: 2012-10-19 06:33 am (UTC)She's also not quite sure what managed to make him think so poorly of emotions and friendships. However, even though Sephiroth doesn't consider her a friend, Tohko considers him one.
Dangan Ronpa
Date: 2012-10-19 06:37 am (UTC)[OU] Sakura Oogami: While Tohko thinks that the woman is very polite and strong, she’s not happy that Sakura tried to kill her for her human collection. Tohko’s nose still smarts, and Tohko counts herself lucky that she made it out of that situation alive. Tohko is a little sad that she had to kill Sakura though.
Avatar: The Last Airbender
Date: 2012-10-19 07:05 am (UTC)However, it is clear to Tohko that the two come from completely different worlds, and it seems that Azula has lived in a country that has dealt with a few wars. Tohko figured this out with Azula's small description of her country, and she's pretty sure that she wouldn't want to live there.

Date: 2012-10-30 01:08 am (UTC)Having read and eaten Enoch's story, Enoch has promised to write about his past in weekly intervals for her. Tohko, not wanting Enoch to feel like he was getting into a one-sided friendship, promised to write about her past and give it to him. Hopefully those meetings will go well.
Recently, Tohko has promised to be Enoch's anchor, a helper that will make him come to his senses when he's not himself or cheer him up when he's feeling depressed. Enoch has promised to do the same for her. While Tohko isn't sure if this sort of thing will help or hurt Enoch, she wants to believe that it will help.
Homestuck
Date: 2012-11-01 04:53 pm (UTC)[AU1] Karkat Vantas: While the guy is pretty foul-mouthed and a little rude, Tohko still secretly hopes that he'll join forces with Rei and her. However, that probably won't happen anytime soon.
[AU8] Rose Egbert: Tohko is happy that Rose let her have the spare candy she got in the candy event, and doesn't really mind that it came off a dead guy. After all, the candy even made almost everyone go a little crazy.
The two met later in the graveyard and talked about how the graveyard, despite the lies and pain it might be giving, might be goof for giving some people hope and helping others mourn.

Date: 2012-11-01 09:46 pm (UTC)Sonic the Hedgehog
Date: 2012-11-04 09:18 pm (UTC)Romeo’s Blue Skies
Date: 2012-11-07 06:53 am (UTC)Since Romeo's writing abilities could use some work, Tohko teaches him about grammer, spelling, and everything else that has to do with writing.
After seeing his happy reaction to the idea of lessons and his stories, Tohko is a bit worried about the sort of world Romeo came from.
Persona
Date: 2012-11-07 07:28 am (UTC)[OU] Yosuke Hanamura: Tohko met Yosuke in the music room, where he was trying to play the guitar. Accepting her suggestion-that music books might help-Tohko managed to give him ten different books on how to play the guitar. Tohko hopes that his dreams of playing in a band and standing with the people he admires comes true soon.
While he thought Tohko's food and book comparisons were weird, she doesn't think he knows the truth yet, and she's happy that he keeps asking her about books, as she's happy to prattle on about them all day. While flattery won't get him anywhere, she does like that small bits he throws on her, and likes the fact that he thinks her title is cute.
The Lord of The Rings
Date: 2012-11-07 07:34 am (UTC)However, Tohko, after sharing the fact that her parents were dead and that she understood a bit of the pain Legolas was feeling, started to cry a little. So, the two comforted each other, as Legolas sang a mourning song for her parents, and she wrote a small poem for his friends, borrowing a little from The Little Prince.
It was only a little while after meeting him that Tohko remembered what world he came from and who he was. While Tohko won't say anything about this, she's still not sure exactly why it took her so long to piece it together, even if it was an odd day for her.
She was a little mad that she cried when she was trying to comfort someone, but she's over it.
Xenosaga
Date: 2012-11-09 04:09 am (UTC)Tohko knows that KOS-MOS is a robot. It's pretty obvious to her. Whether she'll make a connection between KOS-MOS and Wilhelm, however, is anyone's guess.
[OU] Wilhelm: While Tohko finds Wilhelm's universe and reason for existence interesting, it does annoy her a little bit that he's not willing to look beyond Eternal Recurrence and find new ways to improve humanity's future and make alternatives to strengthen humanities will. Since he said that there was no one else who could find alternatives, Tohko is determined to prove him wrong and has started thinking about possible alternatives.
How seriously they'll be taken and how well they would actually work is all up in the air.
Tohko also owes Wilhelm three favors, as he told her where three pieces of candy were during the candy event. While Tohko would like to know what those favors are going to be, Wilhelm doesn't seem interested in telling or even giving a hint, which worries Tohko, especially since the guy doesn't seem to be interested in people themselves-just in the idea of saving the species.
She does not trust the guy, due to rather dramatic and unexpected reveal, showing that Wilhelm knows about her true appetites. She doesn't mind that he knows, but that he did it in an open place, when she wasn't expecting it, and without even a small warning. While an apology might be enough to smooth things over, her opinion of Wilhelm has been severely lowered recently.
[AU1] Allen Ridgely: Tohko met Allen/Brown Testament in the art gallery when he was looking for some stuff that had been stolen out of his trunk. Tohko told him about Nesir, who my have been responsible, and in the conversation, found out that he was a Testament, working for Wilhelm. She trusts and likes The Brown Testament a lot more than Wilhelm, as he seems kinder.
He provided Tohko with some information that shot down a few ideas, but she won't give up and is happy to know a bit more. She's also happy to have found a fellow book lover who likes to relax in the library-even if he is invisible when he does so.
Call of Duty: Zombies Mode
Date: 2012-11-30 01:08 am (UTC)..However, there is one thing about him that she admires in secret. Even though he is wrong about being a god, she admires his confidence. He doesn't seem to care what people think as long as he's enjoying himself.
